They specialize in offering precision CNC machining equipment, including turning centers, multi-tasking machines, and advanced machining solutions tailored for industries like aerospace, medical, and automotive. Their services include application engineering, automation solutions, and machine integration.
They are seeking a Sales Representative. This position will develop and maintain customer relationships, drives machine tool sales, analyzes forecasts, and promotes products through demonstrations and outreach. The role involves managing CRM, collaborating with the regional office, and engaging in industry events. The ideal candidate should have sales experience in CNC machines or capital equipment, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify and engage potential clients in need of CNC machine tools, tooling, accessories, or capital goods
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in metalworking, machine tools, cutting tools, accessories, or capital goods (Metalworking, Metal Cutting, Carbide Cutting Tools, Diamond Cutting Tools, High-Speed Steel Cutting Tools, Indexible Carbide Tooling, Solid Carbide, High Speed End Mills, Threading, Grooving, Turning, Lathes, Milling, Drilling, Reaming, Drills, etc.)Strong understanding of CNC machinery and related technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
- Knowledge of CNC Machining and understanding of complex milling/turning and EDM processes.
- Knowledge of CMM Inspection equipment and metrology practices
Salary: Base $75,000 - $110,000 plus 3% commission on gross sales
